From the day your baby quit nursing to the day you’ll pack their car as they head off to college, you’ve only become more certain of one thing since becoming a parent; Time Waits for No one.
Time is a thief, they say, and if you can’t stop it…I suggest you do the next best thing. Preserve it.
Ever been in one of those moments where you actually stopped and thought to yourself, ‘Don’t forget this!’ or ‘I wish I could freeze this moment right here and live in it forever,’? Well, you can. Sort of.
Through my family portrait process I will make sure that we attend to every detail to create meaningful images that remind you of all the little things you want to remember.
From the location to the outfits to all the details that make up who each member of your family is as an individual (and how you work together as a unit!) you’ll finally have photographs that show off exactly who you are and what you are all about.
These photographs we’ll be treasured by your children (and grandchildren!) and not only remind you of all the little moments of your life exactly as it is right now, but also tell the stories of your families journey.
I offer both on location sessions (don’t have an idea? No problem!) at local beaches or lakes or parks OR I also offer fun sessions in your own backyard (capturing kids in their own element during the summer is so much fun!) or somewhere else for a completely unique experience!

We can go anywhere and capture unique moments that make the experience fun for your family and create amazing photographs.

Working with me in 4 simple steps
Head on over to the CONTACT tab and send me an email. You’ll get instant access after submitting your inquiry to my full pricing guide and calendar. Choose a session date that works for you and book instantly! Then I’ll be in touch to start the planning process!
STEP ONE: BOOKING
After booking you’ll receive access to the Client Resources that has a what to wear and expect guide, virtual styling tool, questionnaire and more! I’ll make a suggestion on the perfect location (unless you already have one in mind like your own backyard!) and plan out all the details with you.
STEP TWO: PLANNING
During your session, I will tell you exactly what to do, and have all of the posing and details covered. Between the questionnaire and my planing process, you can rest easy that I know what you want, and the experience I bring to the table means you are in good hands. You just show up, and I’ll do the rest!
STEP THREE: SESSION
STEP FOUR: DELIVERY
Within 1 week you’ll be sent an online proofing gallery to view and select your favorite images. Purchase only what you love, and within 4 weeks, I’ll send the fully edited images ready for you to download and print in an online gallery! That’s it!

After booking, I ask you to fill out a questionnaire and tell me your DREAM location! After that, I will send you over some suggestions. I hand pick all of my locations so that I know how it will look in your photos, where the light is, and can make sure it’s going to give you the results you want! I have an array of locations I use throughout Northeast Ohio and in the Akron and Cleveland areas. Want to do something unique or different?! Just let me know, I love new and different!
I do also offer documentary style sessions right in your own backyard, which has become very popular more recently! Capturing kids in their own element, gardening, running through sprinklers, on your family farm or just playing makes for a great location. Kids are comfortable, and you get to capture a little bit of what their childhood actually looks like for them day to day.

Most of my outdoor sessions are held on evenings at sunset. If for some reason you can’t find a date or time that works for you on my calendar, let me know so we can find something that does! In home or documentary sessions, we will plan those according to what we are doing, but can be done at various times!

At this time I do not offer extended family sessions. I do ask you only bring your immediate family to your session (parents and kids) to cut down on any chaos and confusion for the kids and help keep them engaged and interacting with you throughout the session!

Absolutely! A HUGE part of the final results is wardrobe. I offer a virtual styling tool that allows you to add your family members ages and color and style preferences and builds out outfit boards for your session for inspiration! Dressy or more casual with jeans or bathing suits for a backyard sprinkler session, I’ll help give you feedback and ideas as much as you’d like!

My goal is to make the process of working with me not only easy but fun! I know the longer you wait for photos, the less exciting it is. I get all proofing galleries back to you within 7 days of your session, and final galleries delivered within 4 weeks after you’ve chosen and paid the final invoice!

I book sessions up to a year in advance. While I can often accommodate last minute bookings, I highly suggest booking as far out as you can! My outdoor season typically runs March - November here in Ohio, and I open my calendar sometime in February each year. Even if you aren’t sure a date yet but want to book for a certain month, let me know!
